PROPERTY SEARCH GUIDE DENIA
Welcome to Denia, located on the northern section of the Costa Blanca. With the sun shining literally every day, Denia is close to Javea, only separated by the mountains of Montgo.
On the coast and having some 20km of beaches, you will find them clean, safe and inviting. With so many restaurants and bars here, it is easy to spend the day by the sea, soaking up the sun and enjoying the laid-back lifestyle. The beaches also have a good amount of water sports on offer, ideal for those that like to keep active. If you move further north, Les Marines has some spectacular sandy beaches and to the south, Les Rotes is great for diving and snorkelling with small coves full of clear water.
Super shops and cafes
Denia is a working town and not so much targeted by tourists. The main street is a pleasure to explore with palm trees and all you could want in the form of shops and cafes. Never lacking in facilities, it has an up-to-date hospital, several spas and plenty of golf courses. At night, Denia buzzes with activity from the many bars and restaurants on the sea front and this continues all year round.
16th century Denia castle
The local market is not to be missed with its fresh fish, fruit and vegetables as well as delicious locally made produce. All this activity takes place within the shadow of the old 16th century Denia castle which dominates the town and provides stunning views for those who want to climb to the top of the hillside. If you feel in the mood to travel out of Denia, then Ibiza is only a boat journey away. Close to both Alicante and Valencia airports, getting in and out of Denia is very easy with a good bus, shuttle and taxi service.
