If you are in love with Mallorca and are looking for a property with a fair budget, this property might be very interesting for you! The house is located in a very authentic piece of the island, more into the Northern part of Mallorca. The property is simple but very cosy. Santa Magdalena is rather famous for its restaurant Puig d Santa Magdalena, from which you are able to enjoy suburb views while having very tasty Mallorcan food. Within a few minutes you are in Inca. Inca is popular for its big Thursday market in which you can buy everything you need. Going from fresh vegetables, to beautiful flowers, to fashionable clothes and bags.
Inca is also a good place if you are into leather and shoes. There are also loads of restaurants, whether you would like to eat a typical Mallorcan dish, sushi, vegetarian food, Italian food, Turikish food, Chinese food, or any other international dishes. During summer, Inca is more vibrant and there are loads of live bands that play in one of the bars.
Within 25 minutes you reach one of the beaches of Alcúdia, Pollença and Can Picafort. If you like to enjoy a rather quieter beach you should definitely visit Playa de Muro. It’s a very long beach of 6 kilometres long, divided into 4 areas, going from the south of Port de Alcúdia almost to Can Picafort. They are all relatively calm and you can enjoy the crystal clear waters. If you like a more natural surrounding and an unspoilt beach, Es Comu is a very nice beach.
